Who is Ben Dixon?
Ben Dixon, real name Benjamin James Dixon, is a 24 year old from the north east of england, more specifically Ashington in Northumberland. He has a passion for all things that involve technology, devices and coding - as well as a very keen interest in both football and basketball.
What does Ben Dixon do?
Ben is a website developer and video editor. He creates a plethora of different styled websites such as authority sites and company sites, with experience in also making ecommerce sites too. He knows his way around cpanel, and also has knowledge of phpMyAdmin. As well as this, he also edits videos for various different people including himself, a new and upcoming YouTuber "AntScapes", and a few more who are close friends of his.
What is Ben Dixon's life like away from his computer?
When Ben is away from his PC he can be seen in a variety of different places. Ben loves to go fishing and constantly goes fishing with his friends who he has also gotten into the sport - over the course of several years of pestering and forcing them to try it, over and over again. Ben also loves to go play airsoft and has a pretty hefty collection of airsoft "equipment". He also loves basketball, and he supports the Mavs thanks to his liking to player Dirk Nowitski. Apart from these places, Ben also finds enjoyment out of going to the gym and goes frequently, however, his eating habits are atrocious.
What sort of experience does Ben have?
Ben has 1 years commercial web dev experience in a professional setting, working with other members of his team making websites for clients that primarily consisted of Physiotherapists in the UK and Physical Therapists in the US, with the odd clients in Spain, Denmark, Ireland, Bermuda and even Austrailia. Ben also has a few years experience free lance making websites for people's online portfolio's and an ecommerce site which consisted of selling vegan hot drinks (vegan hot chocolates, lattes and so on).
When it comes to video editing, Ben has edited videos for a few different people, one being a YouTuber, others being friends and family, and also a few freelance jobs given through sites such as upwork and fiverr.
Ben Dixon has also been a regular paid tester on UserTesting for several years leading back until 2018 when he was in college. He has tested anything from ecommerce and betting websites, all the way to dating apps and even an unreleased game
